Written Contract
Before work starts, we put the agreed scope, contract terms, and payment schedule in writing for review and signature.
What Your Estimate Includes
Your estimate explains the work and price, what is excluded, and any allowances set aside for materials you haven’t chosen yet.
Permits and Inspections
We identify the permits and inspections needed for the job and coordinate them with the trades involved.
Written Change Orders
If you request a change or we uncover additional work, we put the proposed cost and timing in writing for your approval.
Site Protection
We discuss access, the areas that need protection, and whether the property will be occupied during construction.
Your Project Contact
Before work begins, confirm who to contact and how you’ll receive updates. During construction, we discuss the schedule, material selections, and questions from the jobsite.
Cleanup
We plan debris removal and cleanup around the job, including where materials can be stored and how waste will leave the property.
Final Walkthrough
Near completion, we walk through the work with you and make a list of any items still to finish.
