1. Initial Project Inquiry
Send your name, contact details, project address, project type, desired start period, property occupancy, optional budget range, and a clear description. This begins review; it is not an instant price.
A renovation price is only useful when it is attached to a real scope. Our process starts with the property and project details, then moves through site review, written documents, construction, and closeout.
Each step explains what the client receives and what happens next. Exact timing depends on project size, plan requirements, permit review, and material decisions.

A member of the Golden Brick project team reviews the request and contacts you to discuss the property, goals, likely scope, access, timing, and next step.
When appropriate, the project team visits the property to review visible conditions, take measurements, discuss rooms and systems involved, and identify decisions still needed.
The proposed work is discussed by room, phase, or trade. Budget expectations are compared with the depth of work visible at the walkthrough.
The estimate records the proposed scope, price, allowances, exclusions, and assumptions based on the information available at that stage.
Before work begins, the approved scope, contract terms, payment schedule, responsibilities, and required notices are documented for review and signature.
When required, Golden Brick coordinates architects, engineers, permit applications, trade permits, and city inspections. Work that needs approval is scheduled around that path.
The project team sets the construction phases and decision deadlines. Long-lead cabinets, tile, fixtures, flooring, and specialty items are addressed before they delay the next trade.
Clients receive project communication from the Golden Brick project team. Added work, changed selections, or concealed conditions are documented before the approved scope and price are changed.
Near completion, remaining items are reviewed. The job moves through cleanup, required final inspections, punch-list completion, and a final walkthrough.
The more useful the initial information, the more useful the first phone review can be.
