The Project
Duplex-to-Triplex Conversion
The design uses the property’s high basement ceiling to add living space. Two apartments are planned with two bedrooms and two bathrooms each. The third is planned with one bedroom and one bathroom.
The renovation covers framing, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, insulation, and interior finishes, including kitchens and bathrooms. Work is in progress.
