A Commercial Space and Two Renovated Apartments
We renovated a ground-floor commercial space and two apartments above it. Each apartment has three bedrooms and one bathroom.
The work included framing, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, drywall, flooring, lighting, and trim. Both apartments received updated kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.
